Guarantee Policy

Our warranties only cover furniture and garden structures (including pergolas) for structural damage (frames), corrosion, rust and/or fading of the DE.
Our warranty period is clearly stated on each product page of the website and applies only to all furniture sold by simpo lifestyle. However, it does not include the glass, cushion fabric and stuffing, and stitching that come with the sets.
Our furniture range is designed to withstand the weather conditions in the UK. They may not be suitable for other climates. Rattan products can contract or expand in extreme temperatures, which can cause cracking or damage. Simpo Lifestyle is not responsible for damage caused by outside weather conditions if the customer wishes to move the furniture out of the DE.
Simpo Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse warranty service if deemed unreasonable by Simpo Lifestyle or if the product has been altered by a third party. Normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty. The warranty periods stated are the maximum periods covered, and any replacement orders will not restart the warranty period. The warranty period starts from the date of shipment.

Rattan garden furniture
Warranties for rattan furniture include protection against structural damage, rust and fading. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear. Garden furniture cushions and glass are excluded from the warranty unless they arrived damaged. We will replace damaged items within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged. These items are not covered by the furniture warranty.
Please note that rattan wicker can be made up of different color strands. These variations may look different in your garden depending on the amount of sunlight. Since the furniture is hand woven, there are no two identical specimens.
Fabric garden furniture
The warranty for fabric garden furniture covers damage to structural integrity, rust and color fading. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear. Except for items that arrive damaged, the warranty does not cover dirt and stains. We may replace items if we are notified of any damage within 14 days of delivery.
Parasols
Damage to the canopy, such as cracks, is covered under warranty for all umbrellas. The warranty covers the crank and tilt system of an aluminum sunshade with crank and tilt mechanism. Damage to the parasol, such as bending or damage caused by high winds, is not covered. Parasols should always be used with a suitable base and never in windy conditions.
Coverings
If your cover tears at the seams, the cover is covered under warranty. No replacement will be made for covers that have been forcibly torn or cut with scissors. Harbour Lifestyle reserves all rights to determine if the damage was caused by improper use or manufacturer's error. Covers may fade if exposed to direct sunlight. However, the warranty does not cover fading of colors.

Warranty policy

Garden furniture cushions
All cushions for garden furniture must be kept indoors unless the manufacturer specifically states they can be left outside. Even if furniture covers are attached, cushions must be stored indoors.
Pergolas
Skypergs aluminum pergolas warranty covers material defects under normal use within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear. The warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather conditions, such as storm damage, high winds or storm damage.
Rattan Extended Warranty
All rattan products are covered by a 1-year warranty for the wicker and frame. The 5-year extended warranty for rattan products applies only to structural damage, rust and fading of the frame of the set. This warranty applies to all furniture sold by Simpo Lifestyle, but does not apply to the glass supplied with these sets.
Simpo Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse the warranty in cases of improper use or tampering by third parties. The warranty also does not apply in cases considered by Simpo Lifestyle as normal wear and tear.
How can I make a claim on my warranty?

If you would like to make a claim, you can email us, open a live chat, or call us on the phone.
To make a claim:
You will need proof of purchase, including your order confirmation.
If your product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same model. However, if your product is no longer available, we will exchange it for a product with equivalent specifications or purchase value.
Your warranty will not cover you if:
The product has been proven to have been misused or used in a non-domestic environment.
The product has not been properly maintained according to our care instructions.
The product is in an unsanitary condition (e.g., caused by pets). We also reserve the right to refuse collection and/or disposal of an unhygienic product.
The product was exported outside Germany.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights in respect of defective or misdescribed goods. The exercise of your statutory rights is free of charge.
