Care & Maintenance

Powder-coated aluminum

  • Lightly spray the frame with a garden hose to wash away large pieces of dirt and debris
  • Gently wipe the metal surface down with a soft or microfibre cloth soaked in water
  • Rinse the cloth and repeat wiping with clean water
  • Allow the furniture to air dry, preferably in the shade

Teak

  • Teak, being one of the most dense hardwoods, requires minimal maintenance. Usually a quick wipe on the surface with a damp cloth would suffice.
  • Over time, teak will develop a pleasing silver-grey patina on the cosmetic level. For making teak water-repellent or for retaining the patina grey color for longer, use a Teak Sealer or Shield.
  • If you wish to restore the original honey brown color of teak, use a Teak Cleaner.
  • For a long-lasting honey brown appearance, use a Teak Protector.

Fabrics

  • It is important to remove any spills or stains immediately. Spraying off the stain with a garden hose would usually remove a fresh stain.
  • For tougher stains, clean with a soft-bristled brush with mild household soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly with cold water and air dry.
